SEYH-UL MAHSI WITH LENTILS

MATERIALS

  • 2 cups boiled Hasata Yozgat Sultani Green Lentils
  • 1 tea glass of boiled Hasata White Chickpeas
  • 8-10 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

HOW TO MAKE SEYH-UL MAHSI WITH LENTILS?

    • 1.Cut the zucchini in half and carve out the insides.
    • 2.Season them with salt and pepper and fry them..
    • 3.Fry the onions and peppers in a little oil so that they are not fully cooked.
    • 4.Finely chop the garlic and mix it with yogurt.
    • 5.Take the cooked zucchini on a plate.
    • 6.Add the lentils, chickpeas, cooked pepper and onion, spices and finely chopped parsley into the bowl and mix.
    • 7.Stuff the zucchini and place them in the pot.
    • 8. Add very little water, cook for 7-8 minutes and serve with garlic yogurt.
    • Enjoy your meal.

Tricks

    • If you rub the carve of the zucchini with rock salt, you will prevent the dolmas from getting watery while it is cooking.
