2.Add 1 glass of water and leave it for 4-5 hours, preferably 1 night.
3.The next day, drain the lentils. Add mineral water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and granulated sugar and blend with a hand blender until it becomes a smooth dough.
4.Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pan and heat it.
5.Take ladles of the dough and place them on the pan apart from each other.
6.Cook your pancakes on a non-high heat, alternating between bottom and upper surfaces, and place them on the serving plate.
7.Optionally you can serve them by adding honey, banana and pistachios on them.
8.Note: If you wish, you can serve it with ingredients such as cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
