RED LENTILS PANCAKE

MATERIALS

  • 1 tea glass of Hasata Mardin Red Lentils
  • 1 teaspoon of mineral water
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt with the tip of a teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

To Cook

  • 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

  • 1.Take the Hasata Mardin Red Lentils into a bowl.
  • 2.Add 1 glass of water and leave it for 4-5 hours, preferably 1 night.
  • 3.The next day, drain the lentils. Add mineral water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and granulated sugar and blend with a hand blender until it becomes a smooth dough.
  • 4.Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pan and heat it.
  • 5.Take ladles of the dough and place them on the pan apart from each other.
  • 6.Cook your pancakes on a non-high heat, alternating between bottom and upper surfaces, and place them on the serving plate.
  • 7.Optionally you can serve them by adding honey, banana and pistachios on them.
  • 8.Note: If you wish, you can serve it with ingredients such as cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
  • 9.Enjoy your meal!
