Place them in a pot of boiling water. Cook until tender, then drain and set aside.</li> <li><strong>2.</strong>In the same pot, add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil over medium heat.</li> <li><strong>3.</strong>Add noodles and cooked green lentils.</li> <li><strong>4.</strong>Stir to combine. In a bowl, mix yogurt, egg, and flour. Gradually add some of the hot soup liquid while stirring until smooth.</li> <li><strong>5.</strong>Slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the boiling soup while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.</li> <li><strong>6.</strong>Add salt to taste and simmer for a few more minutes before removing from heat.</li> <li><strong>7.</strong>In a separate saucepan, heat butter and olive oil. Add dried mint and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.</li> <li><strong>8.</strong>Pour the prepared spiced butter mixture over the soup and stir.</li> <li><strong>9.</strong>Serve the soup hot.</li> </ul> </div> </div>
