1.In a deep bowl, combine boiled Hasata Kırşehir Koçbaşı Chickpeas, sliced green and red peppers, thinly sliced onion, paste, garlic, diced tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and spices. Mix well.
2.Pour into a baking dish and spread evenly. Cover the top with dampened parchment paper.
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
4.Serve hot. Optionally, you can sprinkle isot on top.
Tricks
Boil the chickpeas until they are slightly tender considering they will cook further in the oven.
