CARROT SOUP WITH ORANGE

MATERIALS

  • 1 tea cup Osmancık Pirinç
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 medium-sized potato
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 onion
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 4-5 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

PREPARATION

    • 1.Wash and drain 1 tea cup of Hasata Osmancık Rice.
    • 2.In a pot, melt butter and olive oil
    • 3.Add roughly chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add diced potatoes, carrots, and celery stalk. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add 4 cups of water and salt, bring to a boil over medium heat.
