Add salt.</li> <li><strong>7.</strong>If it is too thick, add hot water for the desired consistency.</li> <li><strong>8.</strong>Add the butter to the sauce pan and melt it.</li> <li><strong>9.</strong>Add the mint to the melted butter, boil and remove from the oven.</li> <li><strong>10.</strong>Add it to the boiling soup, mix and remove from the oven.
