Add the finely chopped leek and fry until it changes color.</li> <li><strong>2.</strong>Add the diced carrot and Hasata Khorasan Coarse Bulgur and stir.</li> <li><strong>3.</strong>After stirring for 2-3 minutes, add chicken broth, finely chopped zucchini and salt and stir.</li> <li><strong>4.</strong>Close the lid and cook on low heat until the bulgur softens (20-25 minutes).</li> <li><strong>5.</strong>Turn off the oven.
