COLD YOGHURT SOUP

MATERIALS

  • 1 glass of Hasata Manisa Peeled Wheat
  • 1 glass of Hasata Kırşehir Ram Chickpea
  • 1.5/2 cups of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dried mint
  • enough cold water
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint (for the above)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (for the above)

How To Make Cold Yoghurt Soup

    • 1.Take the Manisa Peeled Wheat in the pot.
    • 2.Add enough water to cover it and let it boil over medium heat.
    • 3.After boiling, cook on low heat until the wheat turns pink. When the wheat is cooked, remove the pot from the stove and cool.
    • 4.Add yoghurt, salt and dried mint to a deep bowl and mix until you get a smooth consistency.
    • 5.Add the Hasata Kırşehir Ram Chickpeas that you have boiled on it and the cooled Hasata Manisa Peeled Wheat and mix.
    • 6.Add cold water to your desired consistency and mix.
    • 7.Take the cold yogurt soup you have prepared into a serving bowl.
    • 8.Sprinkle with dry mint and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and it's ready to serve.
    • Enjoy your meal!

Tricks:

    • You can adjust the amount of water, yoghurt, salt and dried mint according to your own taste.
    • You can also add dill if you wish.
