ANADOLU PILAF

MATERIALS

  • 2 glass of Hasata Horasan Coarse Bulgur
  • 2 kilo of tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • ¼ bunch of parsley
  • 1/5 of dill
  • 3 sprigs of green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

HOW TO MAKE ANADOLU PILAF?

    • 1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and fry them in olive oil with finely chopped garlic for 10 minutes.
    • 2.Then add washed rice, salt and pepper to it.
    • 3.Cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
    • 4.If the bulgur is firm, add a little water and continue cooking until it shrinks.
    • 5.Mix the finely chopped greens into the cooked rice, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
    • Enjoy your meal.
