ACEM PILAF

MATERIALS

  • 3 glass of Hasata Baldo Rice
  • 4.5 glass of marrow bone broth
  • half kilo of lamb
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of plain oil
  • quarter teaspoon of olive oil
  • 5-6 bay leaves
  • 5-6 adet cardamom or cloves
  • 1-2 sprigs of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons of currants
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

HOW TO MAKE ACEM PILAF

    • 1.Knead the cubed meat with salt and pepper.
    • 2.Add the butter and olive oil to the pot and fry the meat thoroughly kneaded with salt and pepper.
    • 3.Take the roasted meat from the pot and add all the spices to the oil and fry the spices.
    • 4.Add the onion and when it is well roasted, take the meat into the pot.
    • 5.Add the rice and fry the meat thoroughly.
    • 6.Add the broth and continue cooking.
    • 7.After resting for 20 minutes, turn the pot upside down and serve.
    • 8.Serve with dill and black pepper, if desired.
