Hasata Antep Coarse Bulgur, which is produced by meeting the geographical indication requirements of Antep Bulgur and has its own unique color and aroma, is also a good source of protein, phosphorus, potassium and fiber.
By dint of its ziplocked package suitable for open-close use, it does not spill around when opening or using, it can be stored in its own package until the recommended consumption date, there is no need to transfer it to a jar.
Hasata Antep Coarse Bulgur are subjected to Controlled Atmosphere Technology, which is a completely natural method, before packaging to prevent moth infestation. This process is based on keeping the product in conditions with regulated oxygen ratio before packaging.
