After an extended development process, we have brought our products—which are enhanced by the innovations and novelties we provide in the rice and pulses market, one of the basic food categories—together with our customers.
At Hasata, we have conducted numerous research and development studies to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of our customers in a timely and appropriate manner. Every day, we keep adding new ones to these studies. According to the data we have obtained as a result of the consumer researches we have conducted; product packaging as well as the quality and taste of rice and pulses come to the fore as one of the important purchasing factors for consumers.
Spilling around, especially when using rice and pulses or when opening packages, is pointed out as a negative aspect which creates difficulties in use. For this reason, we, as Hasata, offer our products in zip-lock packages which can be opened and closed back, and in this way the need to transfer the contents into another container is eliminated.
In addition to all these, consumers prefer that the products be offered in transparent packaging, so that they can have an idea about the matters such as the color, size, and form of the product. From this perspective, the large front and side windows of the Hasata packaging provide convenience in terms of seeing the product, while at the same time giving confidence.
